- Strong understanding of holistic financial wellness concepts and strategy implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy and organization.
- Exceptional client-service mindset and commitment to quality.
- Skilled at building collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information.
- Solutions-oriented problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present financial wellness program recommendations and action plans aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand organizational culture, benefits, and employee needs.
- Coordinate program launch activities and integrate resources with existing communication strategies.
- Maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients as a primary point of contact.
- Analyze participant engagement metrics and client feedback to improve program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Marketing, and Operations to ensure consistent service delivery.
