Requirements
- Extensive experience managing and executing integrations with Workday.
- Experience with other enterprise-grade HCM solutions such as UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong project management skills including defining work, aligning stakeholders, and project planning.
- Adept at understanding customer needs and providing consultative guidance.
- Experience navigating change management processes.
- Technical proficiency with complex products and technical solution design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Workday HCM certification is a plus.
- Experience acting as a subject matter expert in pre-sales conversations.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing engagements focusing on complex technical projects for strategic customers.
- Define, manage, and execute technical requirements for HCM integrations.
- Advise customers on integration best practices and technical configurations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, and Sales Engineers.
- Distill complex technical concepts into simple themes for customers.
- Manage multiple simultaneous, multithreaded integration projects.
- Use data and metrics to inform decisions and measure implementation success.
