Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher, or enterprise BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large-scale HR or HCM datasets.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards with drill-down and dynamic visualizations.
- Understanding of workforce analytics metrics (headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, etc.).
- Experience developing analytics solutions compliant with Section 508 and WCAG standards.
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Oracle OTBI dashboards providing real-time workforce insights.
- Build Oracle BI Publisher reports and templates for federal HR and compliance submissions.
- Create advanced Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards with predictive modeling and interactive visualizations.
- Configure and optimize HCM Extract processes for data warehousing workflows.
- Develop self-service analytics, organizational charts, and ad hoc reporting tools.
- Deliver solutions supporting federal initiatives like EEO/MD-715 and FEVS analytics.
- Ensure all analytics products meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Develop semantic layers and governed data models for consistent workforce KPIs.
- Lead technical workstreams and mentor junior team members.
