Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong backend focus.
- Extensive professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience building low-latency API services and scalable RESTful APIs in AWS environments.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and schema management.
- Strong SQL skills with experience using node-postgres or node-pg-migrate.
- Professional experience with React and a solid understanding of full-stack development.
- Experience designing and implementing secure multi-tenant environments.
- Strong testing practices, including integration testing and fault-injection testing.
- Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD applications.
- Experience using AI coding assistants as part of the development process.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to work with meaningful overlap during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Build low-latency API services in AWS and develop scalable RESTful APIs.
- Design and implement integrations and SDKs for internal and external services.
- Develop and manage PostgreSQL and AuroraDB solutions including RLS, schema design, and migrations.
- Build secure, scalable multi-tenant application environments.
- Contribute to frontend development using React when required.
- Develop robust testing strategies including integration and fault-injection testing.
- Create and maintain CI/CD applications and workflows.
