  • Strong financial leadership and business acumen.
  • Deep knowledge of growth strategy, commercial operations, and market expansion.
  • Demonstrated success scaling organizations through mergers and acquisitions or new business development.
  • Ability to translate enterprise-level strategy into clear, actionable plans.
  • Proven ability to integrate commercial, brand, product, sales, and consumer insight functions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Effective team leadership in complex and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Strong communication, influence, collaboration, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute the enterprise growth strategy, integrating commercial execution, brand, consumer engagement, product innovation, market intelligence, and sales.
  • Champion growth across the core business and current channels while strengthening brand positioning, awareness, and overall commercial performance.
  • Leverage consumer, market, and competitive intelligence to shape high-impact strategies across channels, items, categories, and markets.
  • Direct enterprise-wide commercial execution and revenue growth strategies to improve go-to-market performance.
  • Guide brand strategy, positioning, and customer engagement initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Lead top-to-top, cross-functional customer leadership initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
  • Explore future growth opportunities, including new business models, routes to market, and strategic ventures.
  • Oversee investment governance by aligning resources with strategic priorities.
  • Provide executive leadership through significant organizational complexity and scale.
