Requirements

- Strong financial leadership and business acumen.
- Deep knowledge of growth strategy, commercial operations, and market expansion.
- Demonstrated success scaling organizations through mergers and acquisitions or new business development.
- Ability to translate enterprise-level strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Proven ability to integrate commercial, brand, product, sales, and consumer insight functions.
- Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Effective team leadership in complex and rapidly evolving environments.
- Strong communication, influence, collaboration, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the enterprise growth strategy, integrating commercial execution, brand, consumer engagement, product innovation, market intelligence, and sales.
- Champion growth across the core business and current channels while strengthening brand positioning, awareness, and overall commercial performance.
- Leverage consumer, market, and competitive intelligence to shape high-impact strategies across channels, items, categories, and markets.
- Direct enterprise-wide commercial execution and revenue growth strategies to improve go-to-market performance.
- Guide brand strategy, positioning, and customer engagement initiatives across the portfolio.
- Lead top-to-top, cross-functional customer leadership initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
- Explore future growth opportunities, including new business models, routes to market, and strategic ventures.
- Oversee investment governance by aligning resources with strategic priorities.
- Provide executive leadership through significant organizational complexity and scale.
