Requirements
- 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions or technology-enabled services.
- Deep expertise in retail commercial real estate, particularly working with REITs, institutional owners, and large portfolio operators.
- Established network of senior decision-makers across property operations, leasing, information technology, and executive leadership within the retail CRE sector.
- Proven track record of closing six-figure or larger ARR deals and consistently exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
- Ability to generate immediate pipeline through existing relationships and convert established networks into qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes.
- Executive-level presence, credibility, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-directed, competitive, commercially driven, and motivated by winning large, strategic deals.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-velocity sales environment while maintaining pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy.
- Capable of building long-term strategic relationships and expanding enterprise accounts across large property portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise revenue by activating and converting an established network of retail commercial real estate decision-makers.
- Generate and close $100,000–$500,000+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) opportunities within retail REITs, institutional owners, and large portfolio organizations.
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles from initial prospect engagement through negotiation, procurement, and contract signature.
- Build and deepen relationships with stakeholders across property management, leasing, information technology, and executive leadership.
- Navigate multi-threaded buying groups, complex organizational structures, and enterprise procurement processes to advance strategic opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a high-velocity, high-quality pipeline while providing accurate and reliable sales forecasts.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop strategies for winning and expanding strategic, high-value enterprise accounts.
- Identify opportunities to penetrate large portfolios and expand relationships across multiple properties and business units.
- Leverage customer relationships and market knowledge to accelerate pipeline creation and shorten sales cycles.
- Deliver consistent performance against enterprise sales quotas and contribute meaningful revenue growth during the first six months and beyond.
