Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, digital operations, or marketing technology.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, agency partners, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, risk/issue management, and release readiness.
  • Experience creating leadership-ready status reports, portfolio dashboards, and governance materials.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, establish accountability, and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, executive presence, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience in MarTech, CRM, digital transformation, or highly regulated industries (e.g., pharma) is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid delivery, and product operating models is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives across business, technology, agency, and vendor teams.
  • Track delivery progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans, escalating as needed.
  • Facilitate delivery reviews and provide decision-oriented updates, dashboards, and governance materials.
  • Serve as a central coordination point to identify dependencies and resolve coordination gaps.
  • Facilitate trade-off and decision-making discussions, document outcomes, and drive actions to completion.
  • Support portfolio governance, intake administration, demand tracking, and impact assessments.
  • Coordinate testing, UAT, implementation readiness, launch planning, and deployment activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and drive adoption of standardized program management practices.
