Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing degree (BSN, MSN preferred) and/or PhD in relevant field
- 3-7 years of clinical experience
- At least 2 years in clinical operations leadership, clinician education, or related healthcare role
- At least 2 years in medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex scientific information clearly to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare/medical affairs
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Comfort with use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Medical Affairs projects and initiatives with attention to timeline, budget, and compliance requirements
- Develop project scope, identify deliverables, manage stakeholders, and track progress to ensure successful completion
- Establish and maintain Medical Affairs operational processes and documentation systems
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical guidelines
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams (Clinical Research, Regulatory, Product, etc.) and external stakeholders
- Develop, review, and ensure accuracy of medical communications, scientific materials, and healthcare provider information
- Conduct literature reviews and stay current with scientific developments relevant to CoMind's products and therapeutic areas
- Create and deliver presentations to customers, healthcare professionals, and academic partners
- Support advisory boards, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings
