- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped native mobile experiences across iOS and Android.
- Deep expertise in mobile UX/UI, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in platform-specific design patterns and accessibility standards.
- Strong technical fluency with code-based sources of truth and modern design tools.
- Experience using AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and validation.
- Expert-level knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proven experience influencing product strategy and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work with high autonomy and ownership in a distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end mobile design lifecycle across iOS and Android.
- Lead an AI-augmented design process to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping.
- Translate user needs and behavioral data into intuitive mobile-first experiences.
- Identify high-impact design opportunities to help shape the product roadmap.
- Champion user needs while balancing technical and business considerations.
- Maintain mobile design standards and systems to ensure quality and accessibility.
