Requirements
- 8+ years in Software Engineering with a track record of reliable, iterative delivery
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with NodeJS, React, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis
- Strong hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate and improve software development
- Autonomy and ownership with strong reporting/alerting habits
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills to influence external partners
- Experience working with external stakeholders/partners/vendors (plus)
- Open-source experience (plus)
- Cybersecurity/CTI experience (plus)
Responsibilities
- Act as technical relay and enabler for the partnership
- Contribute directly to key parts of the codebase, especially where partner and core work intersect
- Facilitate technical refinement sessions and design reviews with partner engineers
- Supervise, challenge, and elevate the technical quality of contributions coming from the partnership
- Promote OpenCTI's best practices, code quality, and performance standards externally and internally
- Coach engineers via pair programming, code reviews, and structured feedback
- Collaborate with EMs/POs on task sizing, scope alignment, and roadmap planning
- Proactively report progress, risks, and technical alignment issues to leadership
