Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced in-house SaaS or tech marketing environment.
- Proven track record of independently breaking down abstract briefs and managing scope constraints.
- Practical experience using data and metrics to inform creative discussions and improve campaign results.
- Deep practical expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep practical expertise in generative AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, or Photoshop Generative Fill.
- Experience launching and iterating on visual MVPs based on user feedback.
- Strong ability to document design approaches and articulate creative decisions to leadership.
- Deep curiosity for design technology and marketing trends.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual strategy and hands-on execution for flagship marketing campaigns, major reports, and tier-1 brand initiatives.
- Break down complex creative briefs into manageable chunks, launch rapid design MVPs, and iterate based on performance feedback.
- Integrate advanced AI tools into daily workflows to solve design challenges and facilitate creative innovation.
- Measure audience responsiveness to design through metrics and adapt assets based on direct performance insights.
- Establish design quality standards, asset template systems, and brand guidelines to influence cross-team consistency.
- Communicate creative decisions clearly through documentation and build trusted working relationships with marketing leadership.
