Requirements
- 3-5+ years in IT/tech consulting, customer engineering, or SaaS implementation with enterprise exposure.
- Hands-on experience with identity management: SSO, OIDC, OAuth, and Entra ID.
- Strong proficiency with REST APIs and API-based integrations.
- Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles making design decisions alongside IT/security stakeholders.
- Technical depth to read code, review designs, debug integrations, and build prototypes.
- German language fluency at C1 level or higher.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with user provisioning (SCIM) is a plus.
- Experience with HR/workforce systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG is a plus.
- Interest in agentic AI, MCP, and related authentication challenges.
- Ability to travel to customer sites (10-30% of time).
Responsibilities
- Own technical end-to-end enterprise onboardings from initial architecture to stable live rollout.
- Design and implement identity, authentication (OIDC, Entra ID, Frontline Identity), and user provisioning integrations (SCIM).
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG.
- Advise and enable customer IT teams and external partners to manage solutions independently.
- Build prototypes and initial versions of integrations to unblock rollouts and hand over to customer teams.
- Lead technical implementation of agentic AI features, including auth and data boundaries.
- Serve as technical authority for security, IT, and functional departments and provide feedback to internal product teams.
