Previous experience in supply chain is considered an advantage.

Gather and document requirements directly with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and implementation objectives.
Align with clients to clarify implementation stages, responsibilities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Map and analyze customer needs while developing a clear understanding of the business processes involved.
Learn and apply established implementation standards and solution patterns.
Provide technical and operational support to clients throughout implementation.
Execute system configurations and parameterizations according to established implementation processes.
Follow product implementations with clients, resolving questions related to integrations, workflows, and business processes.
Conduct training sessions for internal audiences and customers.
Prepare implementation documentation, project schedules, kick-off presentations, and action plans.
