Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and an interest in emerging technologies.
- Previous experience in supply chain is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements directly with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and implementation objectives.
- Align with clients to clarify implementation stages, responsibilities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Map and analyze customer needs while developing a clear understanding of the business processes involved.
- Learn and apply established implementation standards and solution patterns.
- Provide technical and operational support to clients throughout implementation.
- Execute system configurations and parameterizations according to established implementation processes.
- Follow product implementations with clients, resolving questions related to integrations, workflows, and business processes.
- Conduct training sessions for internal audiences and customers.
- Prepare implementation documentation, project schedules, kick-off presentations, and action plans.
