Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data reconciliation.
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail for identifying data patterns and anomalies.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Google Data Studio.
- Knowledge of programming logic or scripting, specifically Apps Script and/or SQL.
- Ability to identify process control gaps and propose efficiency improvements.
- Previous experience in internal audit, controllership, process analysis, or financial controls is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Audit corporate financial, operational, and management databases to validate accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Analyze large volumes of data and cross-reference information to identify anomalies or errors.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure reliable information.
- Review internal data management processes to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with business areas to strengthen data governance practices.
- Develop scripts and automation techniques to optimize data reconciliations and audit routines.
