Requirements

- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with KPIs, dashboards, and ROI evaluation.
- Experience with process governance, risk management, internal controls, or ISO standards.
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies and structure proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High degree of autonomy and strategic thinking.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives for mapping, redesigning, optimizing, and continuously improving corporate processes.
- Define and promote methodologies, standards, and best practices for process management.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence.
- Develop strategic indicators, KPIs, dashboards, and ROI analyses.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for systems and technology solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and improvement projects.
- Support process governance, risk management, internal controls, and ISO standard maintenance.
- Prepare executive-level analyses and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a technical reference for teams to promote a culture of operational excellence.
