Requirements
- Completed or in-progress higher education in Technology (Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Engineering) or related fields.
- Relevant studies or degrees in Education or business domains.
- Proven professional experience with education-sector business processes and operations.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Logical reasoning and high attention to detail.
- Experience with system configurations and data migration requirements.
- Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business clients.
- Availability to travel occasionally for technical visits and process validation.
- Commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients' education workflows, routines, and business needs to identify requirements.
- Analyze current systems and document requirements for configuration and data migration.
- Configure software functionality based on gathered business requirements.
- Study legacy systems and data structures to support accurate migration processes.
- Identify needs for technical customization and coordinate with software engineering teams.
- Provide technical and business information to implementation and migration teams.
- Support validation and testing of workflows, including site visits when required.
