Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience or solid knowledge of financial processes, including budget management, forecasting, RoF, and accounting activities.
  • Previous experience with IT governance, payments, contracts, and related administrative processes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Excel, and procurement/procurement management tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and risk management, with the ability to interpret information and support business decisions.
  • Knowledge of project management practices and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is desirable.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across different areas and stakeholders.
  • Clear communication, proactivity, strong organization, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent demands in a structured manner.

Responsibilities

  • Support the financial and administrative management of the Technology project portfolio, contributing to budget monitoring, forecasts, payments, contracts, and financial indicators.
  • Monitor and analyze financial information, including budget, forecast, RoF, and accounting activities, helping ensure accurate tracking of project performance.
  • Support IT governance processes related to payments, contracts, procurement, and financial controls, maintaining alignment across relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with IT, Procurement, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate administrative and financial demands and facilitate efficient resolution of issues.
  • Analyze data and support risk management activities, identifying relevant trends, discrepancies, or potential impacts on project and portfolio results.
  • Contribute to project management activities when required, supporting initiatives that use Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Manage multiple demands simultaneously, prioritizing activities according to urgency, business impact, and established deadlines.
