Requirements
- Solid, proven experience in leading IT projects.
- Practical knowledge and experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Experience working with external software vendors or outsourcing companies.
- Official Scrum certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is considered a plus.
- Experience with Aha! for product roadmap development is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Release Management processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end projects by tracking schedules, milestones, and ensuring delivery against business agreements.
- Act as a Scrum Master by facilitating meetings, removing blockers, and coaching teams on optimal Agile methodology usage.
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and outsourcing firms to ensure seamless integration and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain transparency by reporting project progress, risks, challenges, and successes to clients and management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve team workflows.
