Requirements
- Hands-on experience with HR and administrative activities such as onboarding and leave management.
- Proven experience in performance management, including review cycles and feedback processes.
- Strong people management skills, including team motivation and employee development.
- Proficiency in Jira, including creating reports and dashboards for workload tracking.
- Strong project management skills, including documentation and stakeholder planning.
- Experience working with Engineering Managers and Technical Delivery Managers.
- Ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies and blockers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support wellbeing, address blockers, and guide career development.
- Manage HR operations including holiday tracking, onboarding, and administrative support.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and provide feedback in collaboration with Engineering Managers.
- Monitor team workload and delivery status using Jira reports and dashboards.
- Facilitate project management tasks such as release planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Lead recruitment processes and standardize hiring workflows for technical roles.
- Analyze engagement surveys and execute retention strategies.
- Identify and improve internal processes to increase team efficiency.
