Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record in leading large and complex IT projects, including multi-million PLN budgets.
- Strong delivery mindset with ability to execute from project initiation through implementation to stabilization.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Must hold a professional certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or AgilePM Practitioner.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Understanding of IT system development and implementation lifecycles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with openness to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end including schedule, budget/profitability, scope, and quality.
- Execute project operations to support and alleviate Delivery Managers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and according to requirements.
- Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Maintain project reporting, status updates, and transparent communication.
- Support Delivery Managers in key projects as a primary operational aide.
- Support compliance activities within projects.
- Maintain delivery pace and quality to allow Delivery Managers to focus on new initiatives.
