Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
- Previous advertising agency experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to iterate on processes in a collaborative, low-ego environment.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from brief to delivery across various disciplines including AI/automation, digital, tech, film, CGI, motion design, and print.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project briefs, scoping, costing, and planning.
- Coordinate development and delivery among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress against scope, budget, and timelines, managing risk and change control.
- Ensure profitability of projects and maintain financial accountability.
- Prepare status reports and lead project kick-off meetings.
- Drive process improvement and implement project management standards.
