Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
- Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management
- Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
- Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
- Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies
- Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
- Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
- Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management skills including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients
- Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
- Ability to overlap US business hours
- Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams

- Deliver against fixed, immovable external deadlines using critical-path and buffer management
- Manage client dependency registers with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
- Run Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
- Track project progress using milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
