Requirements

  • Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a blended product and delivery role.
  • Strong experience managing product backlogs, gathering requirements, and supporting agile product development and delivery.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams within digital product, technology, or experience-focused environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, backlog management, and modern delivery practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational detail.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops, discussions, and alignment sessions.
  • AI-native mindset or demonstrated willingness to use AI tools for productivity.
  • Candidates must be based in Ontario, Montreal, or Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities remain aligned with business objectives, user needs, and delivery goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize requirements from client stakeholders, project partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and actionable development deliverables.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement and readiness activities, ensuring upcoming work is sufficiently defined and validated for efficient implementation.
  • Support end-to-end project management by tracking scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate activities across client teams, external agencies, and internal delivery functions.
  • Facilitate project planning, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and delivery reviews.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, driving mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Act as a key liaison between business, creative, and technical teams.
  • Explore and apply AI tools to improve requirements management, planning, documentation, analysis, and overall delivery effectiveness.
