Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an agency environment.
- Proven background in account management, client servicing, and project leadership.
- Currently operate at a Senior Manager, Group Account Manager, or Account Director level.
- Proven experience in team management, including coaching, delegation, and providing feedback.
- Strong track record of managing end-to-end client relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Domain expertise in design, video, content, or creative services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with operational discipline.
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, proposals, and project economics.
- Ability to work independently with an ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own and strengthen key client relationships through proactive communication and stakeholder management.
- Lead client calls, understand business requirements, and maintain confidence throughout the delivery process.
- Independently manage multiple client accounts and projects to ensure timely execution.
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers or Account Executives through coaching and delegation.
- Coordinate creative talent across design, video, and content projects while balancing budgets and timelines.
- Develop client proposals, project scopes, and solutions.
- Own pricing discussions and manage project economics.
- Establish operational discipline and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
