Requirements
- Professional experience shipping and operating production services in Go, or an adjacent systems language with readiness to master Go.
- Security-first mindset with demonstrated ability to reason about threat models, blast radius, and key custody.
- Solid understanding of applied-cryptography fundamentals such as public-key crypto, signatures, and key management.
- Strong background in distributed systems architecture and clean API design, including idempotency and failure modes.
- Operational maturity with Kubernetes, system observability, and incident response.
- Strong written communication skills for creating design docs and decision records in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with TEEs (AWS Nitro Enclaves, Intel SGX/TDX) is a plus.
- Familiarity with threshold cryptography/MPC (DKG, FROST) is a plus.
- Knowledge of account abstraction (ERC-4337, EIP-7702) is a plus.
- Experience with HSM, YubiKey, or secure-element integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build Go backend services for wallet creation, authentication, and signing at scale.
- Develop key recovery mechanisms and committee trust models using distributed key generation and secret sharing.
- Reconstruct and operate on key material within Trusted Execution Environments using hardware isolation and remote attestation.
- Integrate authentication methods including WebAuthn, OAuth, OTP, and 2FA, and manage signing-provider policies.
- Conduct security reviews, write design documentation, and work with external auditors.
- Manage production operations on Kubernetes including observability, alerting, and compliance controls.
