Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of production experience with Django.
- Proven open-source contributions.

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Django and Django REST Framework.
- Plan and review technical concepts for client projects and internal start-ups.
- Build robust task queues using Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- Implement event streaming and integrations via Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Optimize performance, caching strategies, and databases (PostgreSQL and NoSQL).
- Manage the full lifecycle including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
- Utilize AI-coding tools effectively for software development tasks.
