Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership in luxury hospitality, resort, or private club operations.
- Proven experience with multi-site operational leadership and full P&L responsibility.
- Expertise in membership-based models and experience strategy.
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proven success building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Ability to travel to club locations 50% or more of the time.
- CMAA designation preferred.
- Background in wellness, longevity, or medical-integrated hospitality preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand vision into scalable operating models integrating hospitality, wellness, and residential living.
- Lead operations across a national portfolio with full P&L accountability.
- Develop and execute national membership acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Source and manage strategic national and global partnerships to expand service offerings.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across all locations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HOA Boards, balancing member expectations with governance priorities.
- Lead and align cross-functional teams across operations, wellness, golf, F&B, and membership.
