Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, analytics, or strategy.
- Experience in a multi-site healthcare organization.
- Working knowledge of clinical operations data ecosystems including worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with physician productivity and compensation methodology, including RVU and wRVU systems.
- Deep, hands-on fluency in performance analytics and metric design.
- Proficiency with Excel and automated analytics platforms.
- Experience with financial modeling.
- Proven management consulting toolkit spanning strategy, implementation, and management.
- Ability to influence physicians and senior leaders through change management.
- Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate programs that transform radiologist workflows, performance metrics, and reporting.
- Define program success criteria and ensure consistent, defensible measurement across the enterprise.
- Partner with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Technology leaders to align programs with strategy.
- Build analytics and reporting infrastructure to drive upstream data alignment across worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling systems.
- Design and manage the Physician Performance Management program to measure clinical, operational, and financial metrics.
- Lead the Time-Based Work Unit (TBWU) infrastructure, including valuation strategy and technical implementation.
