Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering with hands-on native iOS and/or Android testing.
- Advanced experience with mobile automation frameworks including Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or Maestro.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift with solid programming experience using Java, TestNG, and JUnit.
- Experience defining device/OS coverage strategies using real-device platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, AWS Device Farm).
- Strong experience with mobile CI/CD, release, and distribution tooling like Fastlane, Bitrise, App Center, or TestFlight.
- Proficiency with debugging, profiling, and crash reporting tools such as adb, Xcode Instruments, Charles, or Sentry.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing or Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based test generation.
- Proficiency with bug tracking and test management platforms like Jira and TestRail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the mobile quality strategy, balancing automated, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Design and maintain scalable mobile automation frameworks using tools like Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, and Maestro.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define testing strategies for mobile-specific scenarios such as deep links, push notifications, and biometric authentication.
- Establish device and OS coverage strategies using platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or AWS Device Farm.
- Operationalize AI-assisted and agentic testing workflows for improved efficiency and defect detection.
- Lead mobile release quality practices using tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, and TestFlight.
- Mentor and coach QA engineers in automation, test design, and quality engineering practices.
