Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of Software QA experience, including at least 2 years in a QA management role.
- Alternatively, 8 years of total software QA experience if without a degree, with at least 4 years in a management role.
- Experience managing QA efforts across multiple teams to ensure cohesive strategy.
- Strong background in SDLC testing processes, including unit, API, performance, and system testing.
- Hands-on expertise in glassbox and behavior-based testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD applications like Jenkins.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright.
- Experience with testing tools built in Python and Kotlin.
- Understanding of configuration management and version control.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide strategic oversight to multiple QA teams across diverse products and stakeholders.
- Cultivate a self-sustaining environment where teams are empowered to make autonomous decisions.
- Formulate and institute superior testing processes and practices in collaboration with engineering leadership.
- Architect and manage an integrated roadmap for automation initiatives, including UI and service-based tests.
- Identify testing gaps and lead collaborative resolution processes across engineering and QA teams.
- Develop and disseminate detailed status reports based on test outcomes to stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach test teams and engineers on methodologies and automation practices.
