Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant working experience as a QA Engineer with a backend focus
- Strong backend testing experience (end-to-end data flow between services, databases and message brokers)
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and Java or TypeScript, with integration into CI pipelines
- Performance testing experience (load profiles, execution, interpreting latency, throughput, and error rate)
- Excellent requirements analysis skills
- Experience composing test strategies and test plans
- Confident knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques
- SQL knowledge including complex queries, joins, and data integrity checks
- Linux/UNIX command line proficiency (log analysis, bash)
- Practical Git skills (branching, merging, code review)
- Experience with MOCK-SERVER or similar dependency isolation tools
- English language proficiency (intermediate or higher)
Responsibilities
- Work in a cross-functional team with product managers, analysts and developers on a high-load telecom platform
- Manage the end-to-end testing process, including test planning, test scenario design, execution, follow-up, and control
- Perform API and integration testing across microservices
- Execute performance and load testing
- Conduct test automation and support existing test builds
- Perform regression testing
- Manage test reporting and documentation
