Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript for test automation development.
- Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database testing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with API testing frameworks and tools (e.g., RestAssured, Postman, Axios).
- Experience designing and building scalable test automation platforms from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience integrating automated tests into pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools or developing AI capabilities for test automation.
- Demonstrated ability to create reusable automation libraries and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional team environments.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop an enterprise-grade test automation platform using JavaScript, Selenium, SQL, and API testing frameworks.
- Build and maintain reusable automation libraries and components to ensure scalability and maintainability across projects.
- Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and accelerate software delivery cycles.
- Develop and implement AI-powered automation capabilities for intelligent test generation, execution, failure analysis, and reporting.
- Automate Web Service and API validation, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define and enforce automation standards and best practices.
- Optimize automation infrastructure architecture to support high-quality, scalable testing across multiple projects.
- Analyze test results, identify patterns in failures, and implement intelligent solutions to improve test reliability.
- Create and maintain documentation for automation frameworks, libraries, and processes.
- Mentor team members on automation best practices and emerging technologies in AI-enabled testing.
