Requirements
- Proven experience owning B2B software products in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong Kubernetes domain knowledge, including node lifecycle, autoscaling, and cloud infrastructure economics.
- Hold or commit to obtaining a Kubernetes certification (CKA preferred) within 6 months.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools like LLMs or coding assistants to accelerate workflows.
- Hands-on experience defining and tracking product metrics in B2B SaaS contexts.
- Excellent writing skills for communicating complex technical capabilities to technical and business audiences.
- Direct enterprise customer experience, including discovery interviews and feedback translation.
- Familiarity with modern product management practices and outcome-driven decision making.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical technical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Drive customer and market discovery through direct user engagement, Proof of Value cycles, competitive analysis, and close collaboration with the GTM team.
- Use AI tools and LLMs actively in daily workflows for research, synthesis, and documentation.
- Define and track product metrics to inform prioritization and validate decisions.
- Write clear, structured product narratives such as PR/FAQs and feature briefs.
- Work across engineering, design, sales, and support teams to drive prioritization and execution.
