Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or consulting.
- Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Replit, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Proven track record of delivering AI agents or AI-native features into production.
- Deep domain expertise in at least one vertical: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality.
- Strong understanding of GenAI concepts including LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and the Model Context Protocol.
- Experience in 0-to-1 product innovation under ambiguous conditions.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated bias for action and ability to perform hands-on technical work.
- Fluency in English (B2 level).
Responsibilities
- Build and prototype working AI solutions and demos using modern tooling to prove value in pre-sales.
- Own the client relationship as the main point of contact, ensuring trust and clarity on project trade-offs.
- Translate vague, high-stakes goals into clear problem statements, solutions, and definitions of success.
- Lead project shaping through pre-sales and maintain involvement through delivery to ensure continuity.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to provide clarity and direction.
- Build business cases and ROI narratives to support client investment decisions.
- Drive internal adoption and rollout, feeding performance lessons back into product development.
