Requirements

- Hands-on knowledge of regulatory requirements, information security standards, and IT control frameworks.
- Experience delivering regulatory compliance programs, audits, and IT control testing.
- Strong understanding of GRC platforms for risk, control, and audit management.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms like SAP, Azure, ServiceNow, or IAM solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to provide risk-based advice.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultural environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of global information security and IT compliance programs, including annual audits and control testing.
- Advise technology and digital teams on regulatory requirements, security standards, and IT controls.
- Utilize GRC tools for risk assessments, control management, policy compliance, and audit management.
- Support the optimization of compliance processes through integration with platforms like SAP, Azure, and ServiceNow.
- Partner with technology teams to identify compliance risks and design effective controls.
- Contribute to regulatory registrations, self-assessments, and audit activities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for compliance operational efficiency.
- Build collaborative relationships across global technology and digital teams.
