Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience building automation solutions in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with an RPA platform such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or UiPath.
- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Practical experience working with REST APIs, including authentication and error handling.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Playwright or similar browser automation technologies.
- Experience with agentic automation frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs from providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Exposure to CI/CD practices, version control, and automated testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions across browser-based workflows, API integrations, and AI-augmented pipelines.
- Maintain and support existing RPA solutions by diagnosing failures and ensuring reliability.
- Translate business processes into maintainable automation solutions with robust error handling and documentation.
- Prototype and productionize agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Integrate automation workflows with enterprise AI platforms and LLM services via APIs.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to traditional RPA using AI-native technologies.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities based on business value.
- Instrument automations with performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish shared engineering standards for automation architecture and code quality.
