Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or Performance Analytics.
- Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and cloud-to-cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of data extraction and integration technologies including JDBC, ODBC, or ETL processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, SAM, ITSM, and Service Catalog.
- Strong platform scripting skills including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/Machine Learning, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze system requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and end users.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications, workflows, and custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics into ServiceNow modules.
- Manage the full application development lifecycle including coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Support service mapping, event management, and data extraction processes.
- Investigate and remediate production incidents to ensure platform stability.
