Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience leading software or technology products.
  • Proven experience in cardiac or cardiology technology, cardiac clinical trials, or closely related clinical-trial solutions.
  • Technical aptitude with experience partnering with engineering and data teams.
  • Ability to lead product discovery, roadmap development, and requirements definition.
  • Strong customer orientation and stakeholder-management skills in complex environments.
  • Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience working within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or medical technology environments.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for technology solutions supporting cardiac clinical research.
  • Lead product discovery activities by engaging with customers to understand cardiac clinical-trial workflows and data requirements.
  • Translate complex cardiac, clinical, regulatory, and technical requirements into product specifications.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, clinical, operations, data, and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Use customer feedback, product data, and market intelligence to evaluate opportunities and establish priorities.
  • Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and progress to technical, clinical, and business stakeholders.
