Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
- Strong experience in a software, SaaS, or software-product environment.
- Experience managing multiple interconnected projects or programs.
- Strong understanding of software delivery and technical dependencies.
- Experience improving or implementing program-management practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and bring forward practical recommendations.
- Strong English communication skills.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification (nice-to-have).
- Consulting or transformation experience (nice-to-have).
- Healthcare or healthtech experience (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of product and technology releases across multiple teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and scope across interconnected technical initiatives.
- Ensure changes and delays are reflected in upcoming planning cycles.
- Help improve and operationalize Petal’s program-management practices.
- Facilitate effective governance, communication, and decision-making across teams.
- Work closely with Go-to-Market stakeholders to support release readiness.
- Bring a pragmatic approach to process and adapt best practices to Petal’s scale and environment.
