Requirements
- 5 or more years of professional design experience focused primarily on presentation and office document design.
- 3 or more years working in brand agencies, design studios, or corporate consulting environments.
- Advanced, verifiable proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of layout, grid systems, typography, spacing, and composition.
- Experience designing for brand, agency, or consulting contexts with a contemporary design sensibility.
- Demonstrated ability to write and interpret creative briefs.
- Ability to give structured design critiques and reviews.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Craft world-class presentations natively in PowerPoint, building slides from scratch with strong layout, typography, and hierarchy.
- Review and critique existing presentations, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating structured design feedback.
- Write creative briefs to guide new presentations and documents, including directing AI-assisted design iterations.
- Select and implement appropriate visual formats such as infographics, diagrams, charts, tables, and imagery for maximum clarity.
- Apply analytical storytelling to make complex content digestible through both visual output and written creative direction.
