Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience in a high-scale production environment
- Strong proficiency with Python
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Strong experience designing and building distributed, cloud-native microservices
- Experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing
- Solid understanding of system design, scalability, availability, and performance optimization
- Practical experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Ability to work efficiently both individually and within a team
Responsibilities
- Build high-scale, secure, multi-tenant services
- Develop AI-powered workflows and assistants for legal teams using real-time transcription engines
- Design and implement distributed, cloud-native microservices
- Apply event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing
- Drive backend engineering and cloud architecture projects end-to-end
- Lead initiatives in AI/LLM development and integration
