Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with Python and Django.
- Deep knowledge of Django ORM, migrations, transactions, and background processing.
- Strong production experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and locking.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3, SQS, SES, Secrets Manager, IAM, ECR, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency in Docker for container-based application deployment.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs with webhooks, idempotency, and retry logic.
- Proven experience designing multi-tenant applications with RBAC and audit trails.
- Ability to own backend functionality from technical design to production support.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Fluent/native proficiency in Ukrainian.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship backend features end to end, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Manage migration from SQLite to production PostgreSQL, including schema parity and concurrency handling.
- Implement reliable singleton or lease-based ownership for background worker processes.
- Integrate DocuSign APIs for envelope creation, status tracking, and failure handling.
- Harden email processing layers for inbound resolution and outbound template generation.
- Maintain strict tenant isolation via action-scoped RBAC and append-only audit trails.
- Develop backend support for voice-driven contract drafting agents with structured validation.
- Instrument production monitoring for error rates, queue health, and slow queries.
