Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience.
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.
- Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites.
- Experience working within an established design system.
- Strong interaction and visual design skills.
- Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team.
- Clear written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience handing off designs to engineering.
- Experience conducting usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Own product design from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.
- Design end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Own a defined area of the roadmap across our Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.
- Work within and evolve our existing design system.
- Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers and two Product Designers in an async environment.
- Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback.
- Run lightweight usability testing when needed.
