Requirements
- 6+ years of professional design experience across digital, brand, and motion.
- Proven track record in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, and After Effects.
- Proficiency in 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema4D.
- Strong visual taste, craft, and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce work at high speed without sacrificing quality.
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
- Experience guiding and managing freelancers.
- Bonus: SaaS or FinTech industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design output across brand, marketing, digital, and product visuals.
- Build and deliver high-speed, high-quality creative assets across ads, landing pages, website, campaigns, motion graphics, and product-facing visuals.
- Collaborate with founders, product, engineering, and GTM teams to drive clarity, differentiation, and design quality.
- Define, evolve, and scale the company's design system and visual identity.
- Solve complex visual and brand challenges using systems thinking and fast iteration.
- Deliver creative work that directly influences customer perception, revenue, and product adoption.
