Requirements
- Solid experience in Product Design, preferably with complex digital products.
- Practical experience with Product Discovery, UX Research, interviews, testing, and hypothesis validation.
- Strong knowledge of UX, UI, information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility.
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
- Ability to connect user needs, data, and business objectives to support product decisions.
- Autonomy and adaptability to work in environments characterized by change, ambiguity, and experimentation.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners in product, technology, data, and business.
- Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence and the use of AI tools in the design process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, technology, data, and business teams to identify problems, opportunities, and solution definitions.
- Contribute to product discovery by connecting research, data, business context, and experimentation.
- Plan and conduct user research, interviews, tests, and validations.
- Create, test, and evolve workflows, experiences, and prototypes at different levels of fidelity.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence into the design process to support research, exploration, prototyping, and learning.
- Transform complex problems into intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences.
- Collaborate with technical teams during solution development, considering possibilities, constraints, and trade-offs.
- Communicate hypotheses, design decisions, and rationale to stakeholders.
