Requirements
- Senior experience as a solo designer with end-to-end ownership.
- Proficiency with Figma and user testing/insights tools.
- Strong UI foundation with solid UX experience.
- Ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into design strategies.
- Technical mindset with ability to read third-party API documentation.
- Experience testing designs against real API responses.
- Strong focus on product strategy and business goals.
- Experience using AI to improve workflow efficiency.
- Proven track record of taking projects from ideation to launch.
- Clear communication skills with stakeholders and management.
Responsibilities
- Own the channel experience end-to-end from setup to day-to-day use.
- Lead the design lifecycle from research and prototyping to execution.
- Design for reliability by building clear patterns for errors and edge cases.
- Maintain and organize Figma files as a source of truth.
- Identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of platform changes.
- Partner with PMs and engineers on design and UX decisions.
- Use product analytics and feedback to validate designs.
