Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with examples of business impact.
- Ownership instinct: ability to drive features from design to production.
- Excellent cross-team project delivery and ability to work with limited context.
- Active AI user with experience in design workflows using tools like Cursor or Claude.
- Solid Figma skills including components, tokens, variables, and design systems.
- Experience with developer-focused products or technical tooling preferred.
- Experience with vibe-coding, design engineering, or code-level prototypes preferred.
- Familiarity with agentic or AI-native interface patterns preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design the web interface for Air: team management, automation setup, and a results overview.
- Shape the design process for the automations sub-team, working directly with developers to establish review and handoff practices.
- Take features from ambiguous briefs to shipped interfaces.
- Contribute to the shared design system by adding and maintaining components in Figma.
- Use AI for prototyping to move ideas forward faster.
- Participate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning.
