Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-7 years of industry experience.
- 0-3 years of supervisory/management experience.
- Experience in health policy, healthcare analytics, business, economics, or law.
- Program or project management capabilities.
- Background in Regulatory or Compliance.
- Experience with Federal, State, and Regulatory Policy.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, lead, and drive end-to-end program management and national duals strategy.
- Develop policy-informed strategy and playbooks for use across multiple markets.
- Manage effective internal and external relationships to influence policy decisions.
- Advise the DIO team on regulatory matters and their impact on business strategy.
- Partner with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to drive processes for regulatory filings, requests, and submissions.
- Lead change management efforts in partnership with Medi-Cal and other functional teams.
- Select, develop, and empower direct reports to achieve objectives.
