Requirements
- Deep understanding of AI inference systems and GPU-backed infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with LLM workloads and deploying inference systems at scale.
- Practical experience with inference frameworks such as vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM.
- Strong ability to reason about latency, throughput, cost, and scalability trade-offs.
- Experience working directly with developers and engineering-led organizations.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proficiency with Git.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure Machine Learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth technical discovery with engineering teams and technical founders to analyze AI model and infrastructure requirements.
- Translate customer objectives into production-ready architectures while identifying technical risks and scalability constraints.
- Partner with Sales on strategic opportunities to ensure technical alignment and resource efficiency.
- Define and manage measurable PoC success criteria covering latency, throughput, and GPU cost.
- Drive structured Go/No-Go decisions to ensure project scope is economically justified.
- Translate recurring customer workload patterns into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
