Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure design, operations, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience managing and scaling production Kubernetes environments.
- Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, and deliver production-ready infrastructure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across distributed engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the reliability, scalability, and performance of a multi-cloud platform across production environments.
- Design and implement automation solutions that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve SLI/SLO metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for platform enhancements.
- Lead incident management activities, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term reliability improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product, security, and engineering teams to embed reliability and operational excellence across the software development lifecycle.
